To the kids and the grandkids (yours too)... Ever so sorry about Tootle!

I now realise that I was totally wrong about how to raise kids...

Yes, I am lucky that mine turned out to be great kids and to be responsible but I regret being in the ‘ego mind’ world and teaching them all the things that my parents taught me, those same things your parents taught you and you taught yours or are teaching yours...

... the things that lead a society to enslavement and pain for the entire life (unless they are lucky enough to break free)...

You see it is now fact that 96% of what we are told is wrong and leads to this enslavement and it is ever so subtle...

Tootle is a great example:

In my younger years I loved the ‘Golden Book’ Tootle the Train and now I realise what many of these children’s stories had in common...

Do as you are told, forget the natural world, your spirit and your heart’...

This is so wrong...

Tootle The Train loved to leave the tracks and play in the flowers of the meadow...

...but was told not to because he had a job to do...

Haven’t we all been there???

Well it is now time to move on...

follow your spirit and your heart

Don’t worry the jobs will still get done because different people love different things and to some, work is their play – and to others different work is their play... it is not a creation of anarchy, it is a creation of a world in harmony and that will throw off natural peace and love. The only losers are those who try to control people to their own end!

So, parents, be aware what you teach and read to your kids and teach your children well...

Give them the freedom of their birthright not the agenda of the ‘old world’.

Social Media or anything else you hear... 96% wrong!

I am blessed to be married to one of the world's leading experts on Social Media and it is all in the approach (mindset)... unfortunately 96% of the information we receive in this world is dead wrong (this is why 96% die broke, unhappy and unfulfilled while 4% contol the wealth and 80% of them are in true happiness, joy and goodwill to others) so we must get our heads and hearts right to see the correct approach...

Using Common Sense in Customer Service (Or Think before you speak - How they lost over £1,000 per month)

We just got home from a job we should not have done but as all things in life there was a great lesson here...
Jan and I were approached on Saturday by the owner of the facility that boards our horses with a request to help her over the Easter weekend by doing the maintenance on our horses on one of the holidays. Normally we would try to be of help if someone was in a bind even though our time is very precious.

Jan said yes.

Where this all went wrong was that after saying how she would really appreciate the favour the owner said 'Oh, good (to Jan's yes)! Then she went on to say that would save her paying her hired hand 'double' time.

Point of story: This woman wanted to save about £35 and ask us to take two hours of our time (every person in business is worth over £500/hour each) for her own convenience. We will be finding another facility as soon as possible after this.

Two key points to remember with your customers...

1. You chose to be in your business and your problems are not their concern

2. When they leave (as we will) it is very unlikely they will return (not to mention possible negative comments)

YOUR CUSTOMER SHOULD BE A HAND SELECTED IDEAL CUSTOMER FOR YOU AND THEN TREATED AS THE ONLY ONE YOU HAVE - ADORED LIKE YOUR GREATEST LOVE SO THEY LOVE YOU BACK AND BECOME A 'RAVING' FAN
